Continuing my work on female representation and research, which began with the exhibition Women Who Do Not Fit, I had the opportunity - with the support of Yes You Can Spray (YYCS) collective and Renovar a Mouraria Association (RAM) - to create a new mural on Rua das Farinhas, where I portray the diversity of women living in this area and the strength and importance of its communities.

During the days I spent painting, I collected some of the interpretations shared by the people who approached me. And although this “being” raises many questions, all these perspectives beautifully align with my intention - even the “uncertainty” itself.
Some of these interpretations included: feminine universe, monster, creature, shells, sea life, sensuality, elephant, giant octopus.

To YYCS and RAM, I want to express my gratitude for the trust and creative freedom.
It was an incredibly enriching experience, both in terms of the creative process and the interaction with the residents and passers-by of Mouraria.
